An illustration of forces used to shape objects. The goal was to explore whether uniqueness can be achieved in individual items produced through a standardized process; making a salt bowl by pressing a cube of clay and using the materials’ nature to give the object its character. The result are salt bowls, each identical in shape, but differing slightly in that cracks form during the manufacturing process.
