Paper Composition Workshop at Mikado During DesignMarch 2026

As part of the Core Collection presentation at Mikado during DesignMarch 2026, visitors are invited to take part in an open drop-in paper composition workshop.

Drawing from the geometric forms and compositional methods that underpin much of the studio’s process, the workshop offers a simple introduction to working through shape, proportion, and arrangement. Using pre-cut shapes and blank A5 paper sheets, participants are invited to cut, layer, and compose their own paper studies in response to the forms found throughout the collection.

The workshop reflects the early stages of many works developed in the studio, where ideas often begin through paper models and compositional studies before moving into material form.

Open to all ages and no registration required.
