Developed in collaboration with Reykjavík-based chocolate makers Omnom, this immersive tasting installation translated personal memories, Icelandic landscapes, and cultural nostalgia into a series of sculptural chocolate experiences.

Beginning with the often-overlooked cacao husk, the project explored transformation, material storytelling, and sensory memory through a guided spatial and culinary journey presented during DesignMarch.

Blurring the boundary between object, food, and narrative, the collaboration considered how flavour, texture, and form can work together to evoke place and emotion.
